StudioDAO Backlot, LLC is a for profit services company that supports the launch and development of StudioDAO U.N.A. The StudioDAO U.N.A. may, after 12 months of operation choose via proposal to extend, modify or cancel its relationship with StudioDAO Backlot and operate itself autonomously. The services relationship between the UNA and the Backlot are governed by an MSA between the two entities.
